Building Your Business — No Cookie Cutters

While many brokerages offer marketing, client development, and support, Baird & Warner Lincoln Park focuses on giving you support and tools you can tailor to your personal style and goals. Working with your Designated Managing Broker and the Baird & Warner Lincoln Park team, you’ll identify what makes you you — including your personality style, your strengths, your background, and your goals.

The goal of the Lincoln Park office is to support individual brokers in developing their own lead generation and relationship building strategies. To that end, the office offers a number of tools that can be customized to the way you want to work. On the digital side, our best-in-class CRM system empowers you to set up automated workflows. Generate custom emails for holidays, birthdays, and other life events, produce fresh-looking and regularly updated market reports, and send regular email newsletters with updated and relevant content from our dedicated marketing department.

Baird & Warner Lincoln Park also offers brokers access to a number of other technologies that make it easier for agents to convert leads into business. LoLo, short for Locals Supporting Locals, offers agents the opportunity to email or text a monthly gift from a small, local business to clients anywhere within the Chicagoland region.

In addition, the Baird & Warner Lincoln Park marketing services department provides agents access to a robust and constantly updated library of “grab and go” templates for follow-up and business building. For the tech-focused, these tools include digital and social media templates that can make digital marketing a snap. For more hands-on folks, access to branded notecards for handwritten messages and tags for pop-by gifts can help you add a personalized touch to your follow-ups without the time and effort of creating materials yourself.

Baird & Warner Lincoln Park Offers Unparalleled Training, Mentoring, And Resources

Our extraordinary one-on-one mentoring opportunities give new and experienced brokers alike the chance to learn and implement strategies that can grow a thriving real estate business. For agents looking to grow their sphere through open houses, we have worked with our brokers to develop an open house system that streamlines every facet of the open house process from preparation, to execution, all the way through the follow-up process. For those who prefer a digital strategy, we provide tools and resources to reach out over social media.

In addition, we offer a robust training program. Whether you’re bringing an established practice or in growth mode, every broker who joins our office is offered access to three important levels of training, including: corporate training; office-level training; and individual coaching and mentorship.

Our Assistant Managing Broker Negeen Masghati, Director of Agent Development Hunter Andre,  and Sales Support Manager Diana Duvall are laser-focused on providing every broker with the tools and resources necessary to drive results.

As Sales Support Manager, Diana Duvall provides training in with the proprietary Baird & Warner tools you’ll use on an everyday basis — from accessing our office marketing services to learning how to use the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and create search histories for your clients.

Negeen Masghati’s training and orientation will focus on strategies to grow and expand your business. If you’re a new broker, you’ll draft a preliminary business plan and talk about the different ways that you can find new clients and build new relationships, as well as develop a toolbox of strategies and tactics to maximize the lasting impact of each client contact.

Our newest member of the broker support team, Hunter Andre, draws from a wealth of experience to guide agents in their careers at every level. Hunter began his career at the height of the Great Recession, in 2009, and has seen everything there is to see when it comes to the real estate market. As Director of Agent Development, Hunter is more than happy to share this accumulated wisdom by coaching, training, and motivating agents through every aspect of their businesses.

And that mentorship doesn’t end when your training does — agents can always ask questions, seek advice or feedback, or simply bounce ideas off of me, or any one of the talented, experienced brokers in the office.

Build A Team On Demand

Your time is valuable. Any moment that you’re spending servicing your business is a moment you’re not spending generating business, and vice versa. Getting the tools you need to leverage your valuable time can free you up to spend more of your time where your business needs it. The Baird & Warner Balance program allows you to do just that.

With on-demand broker support, you can simply log into the proprietary Balance app and add a request to hire a trained and licensed Baird & Warner agent to help you with a business servicing activity — from managing a showing to attending an appraisal. With Baird & Warner’s contract care services, agents can also hire a transaction coordinator to wrangle the mountain of closing paperwork and scheduling. And, with our listing launch program, you can hire a listing specialist to get your listing off the ground. All of these services are based on a per transaction commitment, and you have the ability to utilize these amazing services without taking on the financial constraints of a full time employee.

When you can build a team–on-demand to free you from time-consuming administrative work, you can focus your energy on the parts of your business that serve your clients best.
