In addition, Baird & Warner agents have access to in-house services from Key Mortgage and Baird & Warner Title, making things more efficient and convenient for brokers and their clients, at every step of the way.
In addition to the individualized coaching and mentorship of our full-time management staff and our unparalleled office-level administrative support, Baird & Warner agents have access to a number of resources that empower them to build up a team on-demand, including our Contract Care Department, our Instant Assistant program, and our Broker Support Services team.
When you’re busy or if you just want to have someone available to help process paperwork and offer support on a per-transaction basis, Baird & Warner’s Contract Care team can help.
With Contract Care, you can bring in an experienced and knowledgeable representative to help you manage your transaction and all of the paperwork, from contract to closing. This way, agents can spend more of their time doing what’s most important — servicing their clients while also continuing to build their business and find more leads.
Once your clients sign the contract, you can turn everything over to your Contract Care coordinator. They will help to coordinate all of the paperwork, manage scheduling, and keep things moving forward. All of our Contract Care coordinators are thoroughly trained, and I can say from experience that they are quick to respond, excellent at communicating, and extremely helpful — a true value-add for myself and my clients.
On-Demand Instant Assistant
In addition to our Contract Care department, Baird & Warner agents can leverage an extensive suite of Broker Support Services, tailor-made to meet the needs of busy agents.
One of the newest offerings is access to an on-demand Instant Assistant, available to help brokers out with a wide variety of projects whenever they need additional support.
