One Low Monthly Fee
Baird & Warner agents only have to pay one low monthly fee, which covers everything that you need to operate a successful real estate business, including but not limited to:

As we like to say here at Baird & Warner, our agents don’t pay extra for the things they need to do their jobs. That means you’ll never be charged separate technology fees or legal fees; instead, we offer our agents a simple and affordable structure that’s easy to understand.
You Pocket Your MLS Fee
When you list a property for sale as a listing agent, you offer a cooperative compensation to the buyer’s agent. So let’s say if I were the listing agent and you, the reader, were the buyer’s agent and you brought a buyer to my listing, I would offer you, say, 2.5% — minus the MLS fee that every brokerage charges, which varies from brokerage to brokerage.
At Baird & Warner, rather than pocketing that entire MLS fee as a company, we give it back to the listing agent. So if you’re on an 70% split, you would get 70% of that fee right back — which can add up to thousands of dollars at the end of the day!
We Don’t Nickel and Dime You For the Tools You Need to Be Successful
